Clinical Intake Coordinator

The Dee Norton Child Advocacy Center is seeking an engaging and dependable Clinical Intake Coordinator to ensure that all requests for services are triaged appropriately in a caring and professional manner. This individual is responsible for coordinating the intake process and direct case management services to ensure optimal client engagement, internal case coordination, and access to appropriate services needed to meet the needs of children and families referred to the Dee Norton Child Advocacy Center. The individual hired for this position will be assigned to serve the Clinical and Forensic Services Team in our downtown (King Street) location. A bachelor’s degree in social work or related human services field and knowledge of child abuse dynamics and community resources is required; a Master’s in clinical counseling and bilingual in English-Spanish preferred.
