Join Us at First Day Festival

Let’s Celebrate Back to School.

Dee Norton Child Advocacy Center is proud to participate in this year’s Back to School event, First Day Festival, hosted by the city of Charleston.

Sunday, August 11th
1 – 4 pm.

Highlights of the festival include free school supplies, free tours of the SC Aquarium, Community Resource Fair (for organizations like Dee Norton!), entertainment, and a Kids Zone.

Look for the Dee Norton table to pick up valuable tip sheets on tech safety, keeping your child safe, and how to recognize signs of child abuse. We will also have giveaway items for the kids!

Charleston Gaillard Center – 95 Calhoun Street (This is where you will find the Dee Norton table.)
Liberty Square – 340 Concord Street

Parking: Free parking at the SC Aquarium and in the Gaillard garages
